Ordering Online

You will be issued a userid and password and allowed to log into the Wholesale section and place wholesale orders after your wholesale application is approved.

Online Stores

Wholesale customers of Just a Cloud Away, Inc. must agree not to sell our items on E-bay or similar online auctions. Customers must not undercut MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) either in their stores or website shops.

Credit Terms

We do not demand high volume orders; therefore there will be no credit terms unless prior arrangements are made. If your company is interested, . There may be an additional fee charged for invoicing.

Credit Cards

A $30 fee is charged for declined credit cards. Orders with a declined credit card will be put on hold for thirty days during which time you will be contacted for alternate payment. If the card does not approve with in 30 days, or if we are not supplied with another form of payment, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

Standard USPS priority mail shipping rates will apply to all orders. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice.

Damages/Shortages

Damages or shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honored. Credit for damaged products will be honored only if the original packaging is retained for inspection.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Order cancellation or change requests must be emailed to . prior to shipment. A restocking fee may apply. Phone cancellation is not acceptable.

We are open Monday-Friday 9-5 Eastern Time. This is a family owned business and vacation weeks are listed on "Love Talk Blog" page.
