- Share Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, Inc.
serves those whose lives are touched by the tragic death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth,
or in the first few months of life. The primary purpose is to provide support toward positive resolution
of grief experienced at the time of/or following the death of a baby. This support encompasses
emotional, physical, spiritual and social healing as well as sustaining the family unit. The secondary
purpose of Share is to provide information, education, and resources on the needs and rights of
bereaved parents and siblings. The objective is to aid those in the community, including family,
friends, employers, members of the congregation, caregivers, and others in their supportive role.

Providing Loss Kits to parents of children lost through miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal loss
as well as training nurses on how to properly deal with these types of loss. A Small Victory will
also connect families with one on one or group counseling.

Missing GRACE Foundation's mission is to provide resources and support for families that have experienced:
pregnancy loss, infant loss, infertility or adoption and to advocate for comprehensive, patient focused
prenatal care for all women. Five core areas encompass the heart of the mission: Grieve, Restore,
Arise, Commemorate and Educate. The foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of stillbirth prevention
methods, ways to reduce risk of all types of pregnancy and infant death and the need for compassionate
grief support services through providing educational materials and forums for both the general public
and health care professionals. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Charity.
